To satisfy the requirements of our existing and developing client base; Urban Forestry Group is expanding its team of approved freelance subcontractors to assist in our service provision for both qualified and experienced ecological and bat surveyors to accompany our arboricultural survey and landscape design services for residential and commercial projects mainly throughout Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.

Bat Surveyors:

You will need to demonstrate a proven record of competence in undertaking bat surveys, on a variety of different sites to include activity and roost surveys from small scale surveys (buildings) through to large scale surveys (landscape). The possession of a Natural England survey licence to would be advantageous.

Ecological Surveyors:

Undertaking Phase 1 Habitat and extended Surveys in accordance with JNCC guidelines including botanical expertise, mapping of broad habitats on site (e.g. broad-leaved woodland, amenity grassland, standing water, dense scrub), and desk studies.
