Five year management & plant establishment plans

To support the landscape design proposal Urban Forestry Group recommends including a five year landscape management and plant establishment plan’ to assist the landscape design proposal in achieving planning approval.

Urban Forestry Group has already undertaken the majority of this work for you by developing a landscape management and establishment template that includes:

• Site aims and objectives.
• Outline ground preparation.
• Supply a landscape site layout plan clearly illustrating the position and spacing of the soft landscaping.
• Written specifications for ground preparation, tree, shrub hedge and / or grass establishment.
• Schedules of plant species, plant sizes, proposed plant numbers and spacing.
• Outline specification’s for hard surfaces, materials and colours.

Our landscape design plans are emailed to you as PDF files ready for planning submission.
