BS-5837 Tree Survey Landscape Design in Chester

This site image was created from a BS 5837 Tree Survey, the purpose was to provide available space outside the red circular tree root protection areas, for the construction of a new residential building and car parking. There are 2 mature high-quality trees with several medium quality boundary trees.

The limited space for the building layout, car parking and access resulted in being asked to provide a design for several new hard surfaces; with a replacement soft landscaping plan using trees, shrubs, hedge and grass. This new landscape scheme would level the site and remove all existing trees.
