Urban Forestry have been an excellent choice from the very first contact I made with them, very helpful on the phone when initially contacted, followed up very shortly after with a full written quote and proposed date to carry out the survey.
When I received the long questionnaire, I thought it could take weeks to complete, however they called the next day to ask if I needed help, I did, arranged to call them the next day on the Saturday and they were more than happy to complete the entire questionnaire over the phone with me until completed and submitted.
Thanks for the help and support guys, great work.

Work undertaken:

Arboricultural Survey as a requirement for a pre-purchase mortgage survey. Trees were assessed using a checklist procedure including measured distances of trees in relation to the property, plotted electronically on to a cross referenced site plan.

We contacted David Winlo at the Urban Forestry Group when some concerns were raised by our Mortgage provider regarding the proximity of some large trees to a property we were in the process of buying. We were asked by our mortgage provider to have an Arboriculturalist survey done on the trees/property.
We were extremely impressed by the friendly and professional service David provided. David explained the process thoroughly and the scope of the work he would carry out. David not only conducted the survey within a couple of days of us asking at a time that suited us, he also produced the final report within 24 hours and delivered it personally on a Bank Holiday!
We would certainly recommend the Urban Forestry Group to anyone who should be in need of a similar service. David obviously takes pride in the work he does and this shows through with the exceptional customer service he provided. Thanks David!

Best Regards
Mark Harrison.
